Getting attention and effectively communicating the value proposition tailored to the needs of the target group is a key skill and major factor for creating impact. So how to get to know, find and address audiences and their needs, as well as how to build trust and grow a community, are the questions that need to be answered by organizations that want to bring their value and message into the world.

That is why we have offered an easy to digest input training actionable knowledge in form of frameworks, tools and cases studies as well as to instil the necessary principles and mindsets. It starts and ends where the actual impact is created – with the audience -, whereas the organisations’ identity, storytelling and distribution will be at the center of the learning experiences. After the training every participants knows the key principles of successful communication, i.e. audience design, storytelling, marketing, distribution, audience building and how it relates to their impact. Method

Co-discovery Learning (CL) is an adaptation of the most used type of methods testing - think aloud protocol. In CL, users are grouped in pairs and talk aloud naturally to each other whilst completing a task. Talk aloud facilitates the evaluators in that the users train of thought can be followed and assumptions about the system can be noted. Learners are to help each other in the same manner as they would if they were working together to accomplish a common goal using the smart practices. Learners are encouraged to explain what they are thinking about while working on the tasks. Co-Discovery makes it more natural for the learners to verbalize their thoughts during testing and reviewing the smart practices.
